30 years of precision tools by Profitool

In 2017 Profitool celebrated its 30-year existence. PROFITOOL is a fully independent company with over 30 years of experience in the manufacture of precision tools for the machine processing of all metals, composites, plastics and wood materials. Our experienced 26 man team uses the latest is CNC production technology and measuring equipment in two shift operation. The major events of the company are listed below:

Year of manufacture 1986

The Profitool company started their producion with their first machine.

1990

We move into newly built premises
with a 200 m² production area.
Acquisition of several manual production machines
8 employees

1992

Phased introduction of CNC grinding techniques
Acquisitions: 2 CNC Walter grinding machine units
1 CNC Ewamatic grinding machine.
Our employee team increases to 12

2000

We move again into new and bigger premises
- our production area is now 1,200 m²

2001

Our CNC grinding plant is increased to 15 units
CNC Junker high-speed circular grinding machine
We now have 15 employees

2006

Introduction of our own final inspection department
with new high-tech measuring equipment

2007

We celebrate our 20th anniversary

2012

Introduction of the new cerification according to ISO 9001.

2014

Enlargement and reconstruction of our entire plant, use of robot operation, increasing degree of automation.

2016

Further expansion of automation - purchase of 3 robot-loaded measuring machines.

2017

Profitool is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

2018

Further digitization steps.

2020

Purchase of a modern PV system (120 kWp).

2021

Expansion of the QS digital measuring microscopes - the most modern CNC measuring machine.

2022

35 years of Profitool, 30 employees.
